Hi everyone! We had such a wonderful time at the Race for the Cure on Saturday in Helena. For those who don't know, the Susan G Komen foundation sponsors these race days, earning money to find a cure for breast cancer. There was a survivor celebration on the Capitol's steps. It was very moving and successful day.
Our team, 1 in 8 (meaning 1 in 8 women have breast cancer), wore the t-shirts we had painted for them that Tuesday before. Thanks for such a wonderful day Community Medical Center for sponsoring the team. Thanks also to Majestic Travel for providing the bus, and Bev Fix for being our driver.
Jill and I had such a great time with all the girls from CMC on Saturday. It was very touching and something we will never forget. We definatley look forward to going again next year! Thanks again for everything! :)
